Commercial videos not loading

Discus and support Commercial videos not loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Recently almost every time I sign into my solitaire collection and choose a game the commercial that would come on first does not load so I cannot get...     Commercial videos not loading


    Recently almost every time I sign into my solitaire collection and choose a game the commercial that would come on first does not load so I cannot get into the game. I try closing and reopening, I try choosing a different game ( which has worked on occasion)
    This is frustrating as I end up locked out of most of my games. Any suggestions?

    I used to watched a lot of msn videos before the new update... since then they have put commercials about the connect when looking at videos... I HAVE A CONNECT I DONT NEED COMMERCIALS ABOUT A FREAKING KINECT....

    Same here.

    I saw somewhere else that it was because of the possibility of commercial loading at start. But we can't even see the commercial, so the application is useless now.

    Same here.

    Netflix has no commercials (far as I'm aware). Hulu has too many commercials. Maybe XBOX video would strike a better balance.
