Commercial interruption

Have any other players had this problem with commercials interrupting bingo games and you as a player not receiving your reward? This is the second time this has come up with me. Both times I have not received my reward; the second time happened just after
I got a two-way bingo! (My bingos were vertical and diagonal.)

Connection Interruption

Sounds like the local profile is out of date or corrupted, and when an app or routine asks for data from it, it causes the involuntary disconnection. I'd start by clearing the system cache (it's just temporary files plus game updates, automatically reloaded)
by:

1) Please do Settings | System Settings | Storage

2) Move over any hard drive or memory unit (not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

3) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

* Re-download *

4) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button

5) Select Download Profile (and if you don't see it, press the blue X button to make sure you're not signed in) and proceed with Profile Download.

6) Enter the Microsoft Account addresse for your Xbox LIVE gamertag when asked.

7) Enter the password for the Microsoft Account.

7A) If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID & password is required as well to download your profile.

8) Pick the storage device for your profile (choose Hard Drive if you have one, or Memory Unit if you don't have a Hard Drive).

9) When the download completes you will be asked if you want the console to remember your password. If it's your home console, I'd say yes, otherwise I'd think carefully about leaving my profile unprotected on somebody else's Xbox!

10) Sign in, and retry.

game interruptions

Over the past couple of months, Bingo will freeze whenever a new advertisement is being loaded onto the far right hand box of the screen. This did not used to happen and it is affecting game play. Other than upgrading to premium, can anything be done from
preventing this from happening? Thank you.

I'm experiencing the same thing. It's cutting off commentary and ruining the experience.

Seriously though, this is not that big of an issue. If you're watching TV and it's not already coming through the Xbox One, whenever Aaron Paul turns it on, it's not going to switch the input and interrupt the commercial. You can either mute the TV as the
commercial comes on, or use the "Xbox turn off - yes" voice command after he turns it on. It's not a big deal.

Eventually MS will interrupt our games with 30-60 second commercials that we're forced to watch. If the MS sensor (on the next xbox) senses that you have walked away, a small energy beam will send a painful electo-shock to the back of your head as you try
to make your way to the kitchen for a snack. You'll see.

I get what you're saying, but, the same could be true in that I have to pay to get a TV, cable/satellite subscription, having my shows interrupted by commercials, finding that I have X amount of channels with almost nothing on, pay extra for PPV. Microsoft's
business model isn't unique. Microsoft services, as well as my example above are optional; you don't have to pay for anything - no one is forcing you to do it.
