    Comment: I have paid for an order of coins and they have not been credited to my account nor the free games added either. the order number 7364483496 for cat-tastic extra package 795750000000 coins and 15 free spins 16/6/2023 my credit card has been debited and I have had an email confirming the order there is a message saying credits will be added when order processed I have never had this before and buy coins very regularly can some one check this and get back to me asap please as I cannot play without coins and I am not going to buy other coins in case the same thing happens. thank you in anticipation of some action

    Refunding digital purchases is a very simple process but it is a self-guided one.

    Bought Apex Coins didn't receive them Xbox

    8:00pm- nothing just me getting put into pred lobbies at Diamond IV

    Is there like something wrong with the servers or am I been scammed because it has been over 24 hours now and I haven't gotten my coins and I can't get a refund I have tried everything instructed and I haven't been given what I paid for I am sure you can see my order history and see I can show a screenshot of my account with no coins on it and a clearly unpurchased battle pass. So, what is it going to take for me to get my Apex Coins. that seemingly just disappeared.

    I am sorry but I feel as if this is going to continue, it would best benefit me to stop wasting money all together. I could see there were others like me on the review section of the 1,000 Apex Coins in Microsoft store that they too didn't receive their coins.

    Honestly, I should just get my coins or a refund because this is unjust.

    My the final shape dlc was cancelled which I'm OK with however I still haven't received my refund its been over 2wks since cancellation

    If you pre-ordered with a credit/debit card, then there won't be a refund, as you do not get charged for pre-orders until around 10 days before release of the game/DLC. If you pre-ordered with Microsoft credit, then you are charged straight away. You would have been refunded back in your Microsoft account if you paid with that.

    Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the problem. This may be an error that we already fixed, and is only affecting older versions of the game. Can you please check to see if there is an update for your version of the game? Here's how:

    Go to the Windows 8 start screen by pressing the windows key on your keyboard, or pressing the windows button on your tablet.

    Tap the green Store tile. If you can't find it, you can type the word "Store" on your keyboard to bring it up.

    In the Store, tap the green text in the upper-right corner that says "Updates". This appears whenever any of your apps have updates available. If you don't see it there, all of your apps (including this one) are already up-to-date.

    On the App updates screen, tap "install" at the bottom to install all of your available updates. If the game appears in the list, then there is an update for the game available, and you'll need to tap this game's update listing to get it.

    We also have an update planned for mid-February to address some new issues, so keep an eye out for that update too. Thanks for playing!

    My Coins have been stolen.

    The same thing happened to me.

    I also tried to re-play the daily challenges which show o/5, but when I clicked on the individual games it showed: credits given. I lost a silver medal with all the coins. However, this month is showing all the right results, including my Bronze medal.
    Am just wondering if it all disappears once I get to the silver medal.
