En voulant créer mon compte j'ai mit compte enfant et du coup il m'est impossible de faire des achats sur des jeux de Xbox 360 sur ma Xbox one quelqu'un pourrais m'aider svp .

Je suis propriétaire d'un compte enfant et cela fait déj 7 mois que je suis considéré comme majeur. Croyant que mon compte se mettrai jour le jour de mon anniversaire, je pensais qu'il n'etait pas nécessaire de faire quoi que ce soit pour
le convertir en adulte.

J'ai chercher sur le Xbox live support, je ne trouve aucune explication claire ce sujet. J'aimerai donc savoir comment, en étant en possession du compte adulte lié mon compte enfant, je pourrai convertir mon compte adulte en compte enfant.

D'accord, merci de me répondre. J'ai vérifié le profil de mon compte et c'est bien la bonne date de naissance et j'ai bien 18 ans sur mon compte Microsoft. Pour info, je suis français donc 18 ans est bien la date de majorité. Un technicien Microsoft pourrait-il
