Command not available

    I see tons of complaints about errors coming from xbox one controllers saying “command not available”, and in our case “hidden” for the one that represents the 4....Why isn’t it being addressed? We have had our xbox one for about 5 days and on the 4th day,
    suddenly this starts! For the price and newness of the product, this is ridiculous!

    I am having this same issue. The x button won't work on any of our games. Did you ever find an answer?

    Hey BeakyBee3! What game is it? Does it ever launch or does it immediately give you the error message? Do you get an error code at all? Post back and let me know!

    Is this is a joke? Controllers are not working properly for all games. There are many posts or all over the internet reporting over and over again what the "error message" is. It's "COMMAND NOT AVAILABLE" when trying to his certain buttons on the controller.
    Time to switch to PlayStation?

    I am having the same issue. It is happening on Plants Vs. Zombies GW2, and Star Wars Battlefront. It has been happening for the last 2 weeks. I thought maybe one of my children accidentally changed a setting, but I can't find what changed. Any reply
    with information to fix this would be helpful.

    Hey there ThrownWandr989.

    That's super odd, does this occur in a particular game? If you haven't already, try connecting your controller via USB cable to see if there's any change with it's performers.
