Command and conquer 3 GDI Sarjevo level Hard\Gold killing Avatar not Advancing

Fixed Problem.

Problem was C&C 3, GDI Army, at Sarajevo level, Objective was - Destroy an Avatar with the Commando (Achievement - Gold/Hard )

NOT showing Achievement no matter how many Avatars you destroy.

Solution spoiler -

1-Do not enter any of the NOD entry points yet. Planes ok to use to destroy turrets and lasers, Oblisks

Destroy the Northern Oblisks near NOD entry where the 2 war factories are.

2- Build at least 10 Mammouth tanks and build them to Star/General level so they can self heal.

3- Build Commando to Star level so he can heal.

4- Set the 10 Mammouth Tanks to not kill anyone (Yes you will be sacrificing all 10 of them, so build many more if you want to defend your base.)

5- Save Game and redo if you don't get Achievement (Also Achievement never shows in list until after mission ends.)

6- Send all 10 tanks (with Commando at back) to NOD pit entry (Assuming you all ready destroyed Oblisks.)

Where the NOD 2 war factories are located.

7- Send all the tanks in and take out all NOD forces around Avatar, and also destroy War Factories. Put tanks that are left behind Avatar.

8- DO NOT SHOOT THE ONLY AVATAR approaching the war factories. This is the only Avatar in Game that gives you the Achievement.

All the other ones don't matter.

9- Now Send your Commando in to Attack this Avatar with commandos Bomb attack (Not shooting).

10- If you don't get Achievement, then your tanks hit him, so redo the save, etc.

So, as you see NOT a bug, it appears it was just a secret achievement that appeared to never work. It took many attempts to figure this solution out - lol.

Hope this solution to problem helps everyone else out there enjoying this great game on the XBOX 1 with Backward Compatible.

It's a great game, it's a simple to play and hard to master as is the case with all good TBS games, if you like Advance Wars or Command and Conquer you will most probably like this game...

yes it would be great if some of this games will come to the xbox but like the others said "They do not plan to bring further computer games (or 360 games) to the xbox one. At the Moment they only bring the console games to the Computer!"

But maybe this games are something for you:

• "Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium wars"
• "Command & Conquer 3 Red Alert™ 3"
• "Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Commander's Challenge"
