Comm block still after i got unbanned fix this enforcement team

ok i got banned on the 25th to the 8th and im still cant sent messeges and i tried signing in my app which the bann says i cant but if i try twice to watch a game clip it works but i cant send messeges or play one of my games says im blocked from.texting
or chatting so i cant play it so fix this issue enforcement team or refund my money for this flawed system please its irritating that im banned longer than i suppose to be its been 2 days now.

Enforcement team don't read these forums, and naming and shaming is against forum rules unfortunately all you can do is report and block comms from this player, and then the enforcement team will get around to looking at your report and investigate it

ok so what is wrong with the enforcement team? ive been suspended from multiplayer for harassment. i have not harassed anyone on xbox. Also im paying for my online services they should not be able to get taken away and still have me pay. i also got a comms
ban because i was team killed in r6 siege i typed wtf dude and he said enjoy your comms ban 2 seconds later im banned. is that really fair? to be banned for typing wtf? oh yeah also the enforcement team doesnt like to tell you when they add a random suspension.
im supposed to be unbanned tomorrow but xbox randomly gave me a 100 day comms ban and a 30 day online ban with no explanation. i want to talk to the enforcement team please. the least i want is my multiplayer back. And if you dont want to at leats show me
that ive been harassing people because i know i havent so prove that i have

 

If your ban has expired and you still can't communicate with others try removing the account from the console and re adding it to see if that clears the issue.

If you cannot message still after doing what bowski suggested, it's likely that you have another ban. You can check this out on the
Enforcement site and attempt to submit a Case Review. Let us know if you are unable to do one for any other bans you might see there!

i checked it out on the enforcement site there is no active suspension and i click on case review and kicks me to the history than i cant see no case review on the sides or a active bann like im pretty sure the dashboard update messed with my suspension
and i seen another person have exactly the same thing going on another discussion miss quenzel my bann didnt let me messege or play online games and its over now it didnt say any further banns after it i know banns come fast and tells me right away but
its been 4 days and says nothing about another bann i checked the enforement again and still shows the bann i had last from 25th to 8th still in my history that is the latest one

 

sorry didny work still says privacy settings prevent chat with some people and i checked my enforcement history and no banns are active but my case review glows orange and i click it nothing happends and goes to my history and just shows my last
bann from 25th to 8th and i cant click on anything all of the it is grey i know the active banns are orange but none are

 

can you help me with this i phone xbox support they said i got banned on 26th and im wondering how i got banned in my banned suspension where i cant message or play games in that bann for communications and i cant even see the case review or the date in
the bann all i have is that the customer supports word i got banned for a whole month for no reason and this is some racism discrimination. Its like im in jail doing my time and i get pinned for a robbery adding more time to my sentance even tho ive been in
my jail cell the whole time enforcement is a joke so how do i get my refund for my live account ?
