Comm bans and how they punish one side.

So recently was in an altercation with a fella who had started a whole argument, decided to insult myself for using a particular weapon and decided to defame american soldiers in the process. I have photo proof of this conversation, and because i had said
a few expletives, the opposition reports me and I am the one in trouble. Wheres the punishment for those who bait people into these kinds of situations? Does Microsoft ENDORSE this kind of behavior? Do they endorse and enjoy that players like to make fun of
and discredit soldiers across america simply because they lost in a video game? Come on Microsoft. I want to hear of other peoples situations and how to make the playing field level, as obviously Micorosft doesnt listen to its loyal members, and more of who
cries the loudest.

Suspended while suspended? What is going on with the enforcement team?

I was given a comms ban on Saturday and then received another suspension today. How is that even possible when I have a comms ban? I literally could not communicate with anyone. Now on top of a comms ban I have a multiplayer ban as well. I need to talk
to an actual person and get this cleared up.

If you think someone has violated the Code of Conduct just report or block that account. Retaliating goes against the rules and is subject to enforcement acts.

In most cases its a who reports first basis. Go ahead and use the link provided. I'm very sure that they will look into this matter and ensure that justice is served.

 

you would have been better off blocking the user and reporting them if you believe they broke the code of conduct, If they reported you then it would be likely you get the ban.
