Comm banned

So I was just banned for communication because these two kids that kept following me into games to team kill me and basically just harass me. usually id just leave but then they would follow me to the next game I reported them for harassing me blocked them
but I still would get matched with them or they joined me. Finally after Xbox did nothing about the multiple people ive reported for hacking or cheating or just plain harassing me in game chat I finally had enough of xbox not doing anything about them I finally
message (because I'm not going to get offline just because of these two??) and told them to f**k off and basically saying all this negative stuff cause they were provoking me in game team killing me and I got banned for it which would be whatever if it hasn't
happened to me 3 times on this account and after my other account was perm banned for dumb **** like this and I'm sure since they are model citizens nothing will happen and me the criminal (who will be leaving with the military before my ban is up) now cant
talk to my friends because of little sh*ts like these kids and it happens all the time yet xbox does nothing about them. So if youre reading this either xbox or customer always remember xbox enforcement will screw you over and probably shouldn't get an xbox
because this is how they treat their customers and let the hackers and people destroying live go free.

Xbox comm banned me for no reason

I am a general Xbox Live player like everyone else, yet I have come to find out that I just got comm banned for no reason yesterday. What I want to know is 1) how did I get comm banned? 2) Who complained about me for me to get comm banned? 3) How long I
am I going to be comm banned for? If this is a unreasonable comm banning, then please remove it. I play games that require a lot of communicating and if I can't communicate than my teammates or friends will get highly confused.

 

Are Microsofts ridiculous banning practices starting to harm the Xbox?

Well I consulted with multiple people who own Xbones and the consensus was you literally get banned for anything. Tell someone to fuck off? Two weeks comms ban. Friend uses your system for ten minutes tells someone to shut the fuck up? Two weeks comms ban. I've had multiple people tell me this, and this alone deterred me frm purchasing an Xbone.

 

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and no one here can

help you regarding this issue.

How do you know that enforcement does nothing to them? Enforcement team review this cases and ban all the people that dont follow the ToU.

You dont have to answer to those people, just report him.

 

Pretty much the same thing just happened to me on Rocket League, kept being harrassed into being invited to a party after they lost. I was reported for ??? Best part? YOU CAN'T EVEN DISPUTE IT. Once it goes to Enforcement, it's all she wrote. The ultimate
form of 'trolling', great job Xbox. Hard to believe the company that gives us the incredible Handball 16, the stellar MLB series, and the gem that is Internet Explorer could miss such an easy oversight. The one game that's actually as good as 360 games and
still ruined.

Beyond mad here, I pay for everything on here and this what happens. Solid job Microsoft. Anyone know what the cost of switching to a PS4 would be? Thank you in advance

 

I agree with all 3 comment replies that were made here. I myself am a Xbox One player and I do play Black Ops 2 on my Xbox One not my 360. You see it and hear it all the time non-stop. You come across people that troll, flashbang you, concussion you, team
kill you, even do thing's to try and provoke you and in some ways its not fair you spend your money on games and content like this and ruin it for everyone. What I do is instead I report both on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Reason so, not sure how true it is but
I spoke to someone at customer service that informed me to do both methods of reporting. With 360 you can only report them and boom done. With Xbox One, you can report them, but add additional comments that are optional. I use that feature all the time to
better explain what the person has done and why they were being reported by me. I report everyday people I know who mod and you can tell because when you go back into theater mod you can see active mods being used by the individual and I not only screen shot
but also record as evidence and keep it handy. So what you are experiencing is normal, it does happen. But the best thing would be to appear offline so they are less likely able to troll you. You are not alone, The enforcement team has to go through a lot
of reports I am sure and make sure the person is violating the code of conduct in any way shape or form before banning or suspending someone. If they don't really see any evidence present itself on people who are reported.
