Comm Banned when I'm the victim

So story goes, I haven't played Destiny in like 3 months and decided to get on and see if KF was the featured raid, but its not this week so i decided to do the heroic strike for my treasure box. So about 3/4 of the way through the Archon Priest my teammates
die right before the boss area. I was left behind so i decided to be nice and Try to revive them. But they were in such a tough spot that i ended up dying whilst trying to revive them. So we had to whipe, but it was literally right where we died that we had
to respawn. So during the boss fight i had a shotgun out trying to to lots of damage to the boss which is risky but i like to play that way and i die in the procces. And guess who comes to TBAG my dead ghost because i died trying to revive him. XBOX GT: WidowPigParrot.
This guy was apparently was upset that i died trying to revive them, making us whipe. So he TBAGGED my dead ghost for the whole 30 seconds i had to be dead just for that, and later on HE dies trying to fight the boss and i give him alittle taste of his own
medicine but I didn't TBAG him the whole 30 seconds, just left him there dead. The other Teammate ended up reviving him. So later when the boss is almost dead, i try to jump up and get the finishing shot but fail and end up dying again, and guess who comes
up behind me **** my body for the 2nd time. WidowPigParrot **** ,me for half the time I;m dead, then kills the boss while I'm Dead so i can't get any loot. So i send him a msg saying

and now since he TBAGGED me for trying
to revive him, I'm Comm Banned for 2 weeks. Please of you can Report or Flag WidowPigParrot on Xbox because this is absolutely ridiculous, My first game on in 3 months and this happens. Please Adjust your terms of comm banning people, and maybe ask why they
say the things they do... Thank you to the people that are going to report this person, as i cannot talk to my friends, send messages, or create LFG posts on Xbox. Thank you-

Thanks for the clarification guys. I have tried to report this user but as they are technically not violating the terms of comm enforcement I dont believe action is being taken as the user is simply abusing the reaction times and criteria of violation
for xbl enforcement to get other users comm banned. I myself am not fueling his fire but I have many fellow users that have fell victim to this sick game hes playing

Gamer pic issue

Hello, I got comm banned (For a terrible reason) And I can't upload a gamer pic because of it. Why can't I upload a gamer pic because i'm comm banned? They are two totally different thing.

As long as you filed a complaint on them via the console, the enforcement team will investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

It’s a permanent suspension and I haven’t done anything in violation severe enough to be banned that’s for sure. Comms ban sure. Some people have excess of 5 comms bans with no permanent suspension. So it’s not abusing the system when a group of gamers come together to report one person to get them removed from a game because I wasn’t “going with the flow” of what they wanted? The system is dumb. If they look at all your messages why don’t they look at who messaged first and who violated the terms FIRST in the conversation? If the person sending the report violated the terms of agreement their whole report should be NULL. That way you can’t have bully’s report victims and get them perma banned. The whole ban system needs a rework. They aren’t showing why I got permanently suspended either when my other comms ban has the reason. Also, my other comms ban was for a typo, nice.

They don't look at who messaged first because ultimately it doesnt matter. If they messaged you something against the rules and then you responded back with something that was also against the rules then both of you can be banned/suspended.

Thats why its best to just block and report the other played and not respond in these situations.

Well if u were able look at my lfg history havent posted anything i got comm banned like a few weeks ago for posting something on lfg but since then havent posted anything just got comm banned for something that already was reported and already served so why did i get comm bann again when i didnt post anything the comm ban from lfg
