Comm banned for something I said a long time ago

In regards to this matter, we here on the Xbox Forums are unable to assist you with anything related to Enforcement Actions.

What I would recommend at this state would be to actually
submit a case review. This might help to reduce or perhaps even alleviate the suspension on your account. Keep in mind that this will require a fine understanding of the

Xbox Community Standards. Should you be eligible, this would actually be the best course of action.

Keep in mind that there are perquisites the Enforcement Action must meet in order for you to file this:

• The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
• The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

so a while back i was dumb like a year ago and got 2 comm bans back to back. not that i’d ever repeat my mistakes but do comm bans get noted on your account forever? or do they eventually get cleared up with good behavior?for example let’s say someone
got comm banned 4 years ago and were to swear or something again 4 years later. would they automatically get account banned or would they just get a warning since their last comm ban was so long ago?

Well if u were able look at my lfg history havent posted anything i got comm banned like a few weeks ago for posting something on lfg but since then havent posted anything just got comm banned for something that already was reported and already served so why did i get comm bann again when i didnt post anything the comm ban from lfg

You can check the
enforcement site to see what specific message resulted in your comm. ban. For if you can refute the comm. ban or not, I have no clue. Worst case scenario and you're stuck with the comm. ban for the time, the site will tell you how long you have it for (Which
at worst will probably be one week if it's your first one).

What about profile picture bans. Also, the site says it shows things from the last 6 months and it said I have not recieved a complaint from anther player through messages, but I did get comm banned like 1 month ago. is the site bugged?
