Unfortunately Microsoft support / these forums are unable to assist you with any enforcement actions that have been taken upon your account as these are handled entirely by the games team and/or enforcement team (dependent on the type of communication ban
you received).

I know it can be tempting but the community standards were set to ensure gaming is enjoyed by all. In the standards you can read that it’s not necessary how you would like others to treat you, but treat others as
they would like to be treated.

I’d recommend reading the standards on the difference between trash talk and harassment, you can see the

community standards here. As you can see from that section, Microsoft does consider even a single word/message as being possible to crossing the line from acceptable to not. It’s best to try and hold your temper and simply mute/block players instead of
risking overstepping that line.

Tip: If you ever feel an
enforcement action shouldn’t have been taken against you provide a well written report of your perspective in the appeal to the enforcement team if it’s eligible to do so.

never stoop[ to a level that is beneath you once that happened you should of quietly finished the game then reported and block the individual end of headache and they probably wouldnt know you reported them since there possibly a toxic player. People tend
to respond live instead of acting quietly and they are the ones usually getting banned. Usually the second person to react gets punished in retaliation Just be smart and try to keep xbox non toxic. Just realize you have a few individuals that enjoy conflict

Hey! Unfortunately, if the word you used can be considered offensive, then it is reportable. Games like Rainbow Six Siege have systems in place to punish team killing, so it is best to let the game take care of these issues. You can also report them too
if you feel they are breaking some rule in game by clicking on their name in the scoreboard.

Always best to never retaliate against unsavory conduct. Better to report, block and move on. You may not be able to reverse your enforcement actions but there’s prob some info regarding the actions taken in the notification email sent to your account.
