    So this is me problem with xbox.

    I've recently uploaded a stupid picture and took it down in 15 minutes as i realised it wasn't the smartest one.

    1 day later i get a email ur communication banned and can't use any voice and blah blah so i send a ticket in for the hope they would maby understand it was only there for 15 minutes max.

    The enforcer was having non of it thats all good so i took a action to stop me xbox gamepass as i dont want to give more free money as these games are trash anyway.

    Been playing for 2 days on mute online games. And now i get ur console is banned from any live and sort of playing on the network.

    This seems like a backstab by MS as you lost i'm suddenly banned from all live actions. While previously it was only communication and uploading, i was playing online games 2 days after the bann i stop paying for gamepass and boom cant play anything

    Can you please try checking the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site if you have received any enforcement actions including communication suspensions you should be able to find the information here.

    If you believe that you've received an enforcement action that was undeserved, you can apply for a case review (if applicable) by logging in to the Enforcement Website

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums in reagards to this suspension. If you have been suspended from communications and you feel like this was wrongly done then go ahead and submit a case review through the
    Enforcement Website so that you may have the suspension reviewed.

    In your eyes they've taken it too far, but you actively admit your actions were misguided - in doing so you violated the code of conduct and what you find to be something daft, someone else might find highly offensive. While you might not think it's a
    fair result it's one which has guidelines in place to avoid enforcement agents going rogue and banning people unfairly.
