Comm ban for calling someone a bad sport

Are Microsofts ridiculous banning practices starting to harm the Xbox?

Well I consulted with multiple people who own Xbones and the consensus was you literally get banned for anything. Tell someone to fuck off? Two weeks comms ban. Friend uses your system for ten minutes tells someone to shut the fuck up? Two weeks comms ban. I've had multiple people tell me this, and this alone deterred me frm purchasing an Xbone.

Comms ban

I've been muted to other people for 3 weeks now, it says that the ban will be lifted if my behaviour gets better,, well how can your behaviour get any worse when you're not allowed to communicate with anyone,, and how can behaviour get better??? What are
you meant to do for it to get better. I even got a message off xbox live a week ago saying "well done, your behaviour has improved and you are now classed as a good player' DUH!!!! Incompetence??. SO WHEN IS MY COMMS BAN GOING TO BE LIFTED? I've been a naughty
boy and had my spanking. And i am not getting good sport payments in GTA V, i am a good sport unless i'd be in the bad sports lobby! I got the comms ban from swearing on an 18+ game that has a bad language warning on the back of it. XBOX LIVE , WHAT ARE YOU

The support forum is unable to assist with modifying your Enforcement record, as nobody here has access to that, and the Xbox Enforcement staff does not post here.

You will have to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review (if eligible).

I got a 28hr Comms ban and i cant file a case review. Xbox enforcement team is just basically a bunch of sad kids who got bullied at school lets their power of enforcement go to there head. Its ridiculous the stuff people get banned for now, they never bother
to see if the bans was even justified, your guilty no matter what in Xbox's eyes.

I know ive got 2 subs at least it comes in handy when i get a comms ban I can call someone a [mod removed] get banned and then send them a message for getting me banned

Did you know that in the other system you mention they do comm ban too?!?

When someone plays bad you dont need to talk to them or bash them to get good thats what is making your ban happen...
