    Comm ban finished yesterday


    So yesterday, July 26 my communication ban had ended, i woke up today (july 27) to enjoy a game of Rainbow Six Siege with some friends, i log in and everything is fine until i create a party and it says "privacy settings...will not let you communicate with
    some friends" and i was so confused, i contacted xbox and the lady said to wait for 24 hours and see if that works, i waited yet nothing had happened, so i don't have a clue on what happened, but Microsoft, and Xbox both need to get there minds straight and
    fix all these problems, any recommendations on how to fix my proble will be appreciated! and before anything i have reset my xbox several times, i signed out of my account, i unplugged the xbox from the wall, i did everything u possibly could and nothing worked,
    so an other recommendations like i said will be appreciated!

    still comm banned but no active bans on account

    hey there ive just finished a multiplayer ban a few days ago and a comm ban, the multiplayer ban has lifted but the comm ban hasnt. I checked my account says no active bans. why am I still banned? Thanks

    Finished comms ban still banned

    Hello I got a communication ban on the 23 June 2017 for two weeks I finished the ban last Friday and still I'm unable to message or party party chat with friends which leaves the whole point of multiplayer useless is there way I could get compensation for
    the loss of real Xbox live and reinstating my comms as I've finished the ban

    We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
    primary place for further information will be our Xbox Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with our phone or chat support team through our
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    You can check for any bans/ suspensions you might have here- Sign in to your Microsoft account

    If your ban is over and you are still seeing the effects of it, follow these steps:

    1. Remove your account from your Xbox
    2. Restart your console by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart
    3. Add back the account.
    You can also double check your privacy settings by

    • Going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and click privacy settings.
    • Then scroll down to "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites?" and select "Everyone"
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save

    Did you get the ban June 23rd, 2017 and it's for two weeks?

    How can you finished it last Friday when you got the ban last Friday and its two weeks? Plus only one week has passed (since today is June 30th) so that would mean that the ban would be over July 7th then, which means you have one more week left.

    That's if I am understanding this right about you getting the ban on June 23rd 2017 for 2 weeks and you "finished" it already after being on the ban for one week.

    Other than that, go to the links that the other's have posted about talking to the Enforcement team.

    Hey there SirChezAlot,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
    in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently.
