    comm ban, tried to appeal but the double sided questionnaire didn’t let me through.

    Suspended while suspended? What is going on with the enforcement team?

    I was given a comms ban on Saturday and then received another suspension today. How is that even possible when I have a comms ban? I literally could not communicate with anyone. Now on top of a comms ban I have a multiplayer ban as well. I need to talk
    to an actual person and get this cleared up.

    Comm ban - anyone help?

    Submitting a case review would be the only way to possibly have the ban lifted. You can retry the questionnaire after 24 hours so you may want to read over the code of conduct before trying again.

    "You've received an enforcement action..." except I haven't...

    DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY IT COMM BANS ANY OTHER ACCOUNT THAT YOU HAVE? I CAN'T EVEN START A PARTY WITH MY OTHER ACCOUNT IF MY COMM BANNED ACCOUNT IS LOGGED IN.

    ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    Bans

    Communication suspensions are temporary,24h hour,7 day or 14 days usually.

    Never heard of anyone getting a permanent comms ban.They'll ban your account outright if you have to many comms suspensions.

    As Genesis said though,account bans or suspensions are account linked so if you have a 2 weeks comms suspension that would be in place on al platforms.

    And the case review was upheld without telling me what actually happened. Somehow I was using the comms system when I was banned from using the comms system. Does anyone even check these posts?
