    enforcement issue . my 12 year old 2 week comms ban . i cant get by the enforcement questions as im a novice . i have my own account that i dont use . dont know why i have it month into second year ..

    still comm banned but no active bans on account

    hey there ive just finished a multiplayer ban a few days ago and a comm ban, the multiplayer ban has lifted but the comm ban hasnt. I checked my account says no active bans. why am I still banned? Thanks

    Sorry to say that the enforcement team does not follow theses forums. But you can find out all the details about your ban at the enforcement site and login: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    You can also find a copy of the code of conduct at this site. I would also look at the stay safe link to as it will explain what they look at when reviewing reports. You will find instructions on filing a case review in the How to link

    That’s tough, I wish they werent so harsh, I’ve barely gotten comm banned so i dont know why it went straight to a perma ban

    DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY IT COMM BANS ANY OTHER ACCOUNT THAT YOU HAVE? I CAN'T EVEN START A PARTY WITH MY OTHER ACCOUNT IF MY COMM BANNED ACCOUNT IS LOGGED IN.

    ANY SUGGESTIONS?
