I haven't played a video game since may 17th and it was CoD. I love videogames but due to lifes daily issues (sucks being groan now lol) ive had to spend money on other things. Now I love gaming with a passion and I can't go to much longer without it and
I want to get back into things asap...now theres a few games that I use to purchase every year, the maddens, the nba2ks and of course the multiplayer games online such as gears, halos, and the CoDs so im wondering should I start saving up to purchase the Xbox
one? Gamestop has a great layaway program right now. Or should I go buy a cheap Xbox 360 and get back into the grove of things. Reguardless I miss my gaming, I miss having the social fun of the online play and everything to do with it.

I've heard nothing but good things about Outlast which was free on Plus this month but I haven't tried it because I can't stop playing Don't Starve which was free last month. I've been playing FFIV online beta a little but I still haven't finished Tomb Raider
or Lego Marvel. But then again I keep hearing that there aren't any games so I don't know how that can be.

 

Honestly, unless you have money and are big on being an early adaptor, get a PS3 or xbox 360. There's far more games and many good ones that are dirt cheap cause they aren't new anymore and the systems themselves can be gotten pretty cheap. And as some one
else pointed out, if you get PS3 + PS+ you will get access to a lot of games and pretty good ones too (I'm loving Metro and Dragon's Dogma at the moment, two I have gotten through PS+ and Metro I think is still available).

But xbox 360 in general will have the better version of third party games (Especially if you like Bethesda games) so it has merits too (plus I get the feeling you prefer xbox so there's that, but don't close your mind to the other side cause there's benefits
of the PS3 as well).

Anyways, my suggestion would be to go to the 360 or even keep your mind open to the PS3 (especially if you are on a budget cause PS+ is a very good deal for getting access to a lot of good games. I've decided I'm going to rely on PS+ for most my gaming except
for the really prize, must have games like Fallout and Witcher 3. I've discovered many good games that I'd never have even tried without PS+). Plus on the PS3 even if you don't get PS+, you can still play the MP games without it and also play Netflix and other
apps PS3 has without PS+ (this is why my 360 is just a single player game device to the point I bought GTA V for my PS3 solely so I could try the online part cause I refuse to give MS money for that crap. If they kept it that only MP was restricted I wouldn't
have had an issue).

thou best rpg eva but at least you got Halo 3 because nobody had played that new game yet it was sick.

Do yourself a favour, go try both consoles and don't listen to either side of the fence on this or any other forum. No matter which one you choose it should be the one that YOU like and enjoy.

I got both and liked the X1 more but that is my opinion and I'm not going to push it on ya

Is all I can say AKO is don't listen to sunburst Univox. He doesn't even own an xbox one so is in no position to give you an opinion of it. He is a huge playstation fanboy that will bash the xbox one about anything possible. Try to make your own informed
decision as I did. In a way this is not the best place to ask. To many fanboys on both sides.

 

I haven't said anything that I don't think is true. The simplicity of the PS4 reminds me of the simplicity of 360 so if you really like 360 I would recommend going PS4...100%.

 

Mate the guy is on an xbox forum asking about the xbox one and your sitting there trying to sell him on the ps4. You have totally proven beyond any doubt that you are a playstation fanboy here to troll these forums and do nothing but put crap on the xbox
