You need to sign into the same Microsoft account you earned them on. They may take some time to re-propogate after your initial sign-in

Thank you for contacting Forum support.

When signed into this site go to your profile and select edit Profile.

There will be a Box saying "Automatically subscribe me to all threads I reply to" make sure to uncheck mark that box to not receive emails.
