Comfort Desktop 5050 mouse not working with Fortnite

Hi,

I connected the Wireless Comfort Desktop 5050 keyboard and mouse with my Xbox One (with the wireless usb dongle). With Fortnite the keyboard works fine, but the mouse not. What do I have to do that the mouse is working
also?

Hi Walter,

There was an issue with the most recent update for Fortnite on Xbox One that caused some issues with mouse functionality. The Fortnite team and Xbox team are aware of the issue and they should have a fix for it soon.

Keep an eye in your games updates for any patches.

I start up fortnite then plug in my keyboard and mouse and only my keyboard works how do i fix this ?

What model of keyboard and mouse are you using?. There is of course a work in progress for both, I highly suggest using a wired Keyboard and mouse only at this current moment on fortnite.

Both are wired but mouse wont work on any game is my mouse broke???

Normally, the controller can perform basic functions on the desktop like moving the mouse cursor, left and right-clicking, etc. Suddenly all these functions ceased to work and it won't work in any games now either.

That isn't default behaviour. To get the controller to also work in Windows as a mouse you'll need a third party application. Xbox controllers don't function as a desktop mouse by default.

Sounds like something you're using to get the controller to emulate a mouse is misbehaving.
