    Comedy Central App Won’t Work


    The Comedy Central App hasn’t worked on two different Xbox One’s since late November. When I open the app, the Comedy Central logo appears and then goes into a never-ending loading circle. Xbox Support shows there are no issues with the app. I’ve uninstalled
    the app on both Xbox’s and have reinstalled and tried to use the app with two separate accounts, but nothing has worked. Just wondering if the support team could start a fix on this soon.

    Comedy Central App issue

    When I go to the app for Comedy Central, and I click on any show, it just spins with the preview image. Every show, every time since yesterday. Every other app works fine.

    The Comedy Central Stand Up app is on 360 I think. The CC app for Xbox One should be in the store. I don't watch much TV so getting the latest episode for free via the app works for me.

    I have tried the Xbox custom caption settings, it does affect the app.

    The only options for Xbox support are a 1-800 number, the chat bot, and this. I tried the chat bot, (not helpful) and I am not looking forward to being on hold on the phone for this issue.
