Comedy Central and FX Now Apps not saving log in info

Discus and support Comedy Central and FX Now Apps not saving log in info in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I made a post about this months ago, but never got a reply.     Comedy Central and FX Now Apps not saving log in info


    I made a post about this months ago, but never got a reply.

    Each week or two, my Comedy Central and FX Now apps manage to lose my authentication information (the step where you log in with your cable provider, e-mail address, etc). Is there any way to make the apps actually retain this information? I ever have
    these issues with similar media apps like HBO Go, Netflix, or Amazon Prime, only ever these two.

    i have the same issue with all the tv channel apps (Syfy, FX, USA, Fox, Comedy Central, etc...). I guess nobody here has an answer so i will post back if i find one elsewhere.

    seem to work just fine right now.

    I have this problem with the FX Now app as well. I have to reauthenticate about once every two weeks. I too would like to know why this is so.
