Come on Microsoft bloody fix it already

same thing is happening to me I go to turn my Xbox one on and it says sign in with a controller and I have tried making a new password I have tried getting a new Xbox as well so do something about it and make a fix for the hardware which stops this from
**** happening!

Cannot Download Xbox Live Profile

Awwww come on, Microsoft! I just came from work and the first thing I did was check my profile again and guess what? Still the same bloody error messages! Sort it out already, will ya?!
