    **COME BACK LATER MESSAGE**CANT ACESS ANY GAME**


    Ever since i've bought Call of Duty Black Ops 4,the game keeps closing and asking to make sure my account is the one who bought the game(it is).

    Sometimes even logs me out and starts displaying the COME BACK LATER message,and im unable to open ANY GAME for about an hour.

    anyone else ? thoughts?

    Same for me!! Two days now and cant play games I paid for. Ok xbox, we pay good money for all of this... they hopefully find a way to properly compensate us all!

    Hope so,i want the season pass for black ops 4 for putting up with all this wait.feels like throwing money out the window

    Hey there Boneclaws25!

    So, you've never been able to run the game?

    If it asks you to sign into the account that purchased the game, I would make sure that purchase did go through alright by checking your order history either at account.microsoft.com or through the Xbox (while you're signed into the profile) through Settings>Account>Payments
    & Billing> Order History.

    If you see that the purchase went through alright, then I would go ahead and try to remove and redownload your profile from your console following the steps here on

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One .

    Also, I'm seeing here that as a couple of minutes ago, we just started experiencing an

    Xbox Live service alert     concerning purchase and content usage that could be causing this as well. You can sign in on the website and try to have the system notify you when it is resolved.

    Give that information a look through and let us know how that helped

    Im pretty sure this is related to the Xbox Live Alert,if it helps im back playing again with no issues for now.this happened yesterday also at 1am if it helps.

    Happened yesterday, the day before etc... its just aggravating to pay good money for things that arent as consistent as theyre supposed to be. Tighten up microsoft.....
