    Comcast/Xfinity RNG200N Help

I have a Comcast/Xfinity RNG200N cable box it's got a little Motorola logo in the front corner. I'm trying to give as much description as possible, here. I just got my Xbox One (Titanfall edition) and I'm trying to set up the Cable. During the setup I choose
Xfinity as the box and it did the "channel up" thing and on the box I saw the channel number go up but in the little TV on screen I just saw a static picture. After the setup I go to watch TV and it's that static image of the show on that channel. The cable
is changing between formats of 1080p and 720p and flashing "DVI" every now and then. If I manually press the format button on the box it'll change but nothing happens on screen and the format will eventually change back then back again. No audio has every
come out of the TV that wasn't the Xbox "bloop". I have tried power cycling both the Xbox One and the Cable Box and nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

    :)

    Xbox One losing TV signal

Same Here. Comcast Xfinity Motrola RNG200n.

It USED to lose the TV signal, but very rarely. Now it just doesn't work at all and my $500 Xbox One is essentially a paperweight and nothing more at this point.

    Xbox one tv stopped working.

I've been having the same issue. I thought this was supposed to be fixed with the last update. Having a device that makes it impossible to even watch TV without frequent resets is not acceptable.

There is a setting on the STB (RGN200n) to change the RGB. Give that a go, if it does not work, please respond via the link above. Start by going simple: STB HDMI Xbox HDMI TV (as the DVI is an extra pass-through issue normally caused by an AVR (Receiver).)

It sounds like it is but, just to confirm, is your cable STB directly connected to the One and your One directly your TV? I.e., they aren't connected through an AVR etc.?

I will to figure out how to change this once I get home. Here's my setup the stb to the Xbox One to my el gato capture card to my HDTV. I don't think it could be the el gato. I'll also try bypassing the capture card.

I was dead wrong it was indeed my el gato. I just bypassed it and it worked just fine. My issue wasn't even the STB. I feel dumb now.
