    A while ago in about June/July of 2014 I bought Call of Duty: Ghosts for XBOX 360. I have been experiencing problems ever since I installed the 2nd disc you are required to install to play the game. I had bought brand new from a Gamestop store brand new.
    I experienced the problems when I would start matchmaking and it would disconnect me from my internet. I would try to reconnect and I would get error message "8015190E". It required me to go all the way to network settings and test my internet. I was connected
    by an Ethernet cable and my internet was fine. I spoke to many representatives on the telephone and they just kept transferring me to a different department that had nothing to do with my problem. Plus, no one ever answered. I stopped playing ghosts and the
    problem stopped.... for a while. It started again about 2-3 months after that during the school year, right before Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare came out. My friends who own a PlayStation 3 didn't experience this so It had to be Microsoft's fault. I have
    tried everything in the books whether it was clearing system caches to deleting and re-downloading my profile. I even found a corrupt file in my downloads, deleted it. But, after playing 3 games of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, It kept kicking me offline.
    This error also happens on Grand Theft Auto 5 and NBA 2K15.
