    Hey there Querccus,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem, I definitely would not like it if I was getting disconnected randomly. I would recommend going through the "My
    Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox LIve
    ." This will walk you through further troubleshooting steps to get this issue resolved.

    Of course for a lot of the Network troubleshooting you do need to do certain things through the Router. Let us know if you are able to troubleshoot further.

    When ever I'm on xbox live why does it kick Me off of xbox live I can be on xbox live for like 20mins and suddenly I get kicked off and have to sign in all again help please.

    The first few options did not help, and I do not have an opportunity to change any router settings. I am still experiencing issues.
