    Comcast users are getting disconnected off xboxlive


    Plz help me and everyone else is getting kick off xbox live but the internet still works but only kick off from xboxlive can you guys help us or somthing idk why this is heppening.

    Can't connect to xbox live

    Same here. Obviously a comcast/xboxlive issue. I talked to a support person and she said they were aware that comcast users are not able to connect. So we just sit and wait.. I guess

    I just spent the last couple of hours going through the monotonous XBox troubleshooting system before XBox website finally posts that there is a problem with Comcast. I'm not expecting them to correct the problem any faster so, heads up, neither should you.
