What happens when you try to connect to it?

 

It says cant connect, and current status is not connected

If you provide more info or report where exactly you get stuck in that process, it will be easier to help.

Which platform is being used currently? Xbox One or Xbox 360?

Has the console connected to that specific network before? Was the router recently replaced?
