You should be able to use your current cable box with the Xbox One. Which method are you using to change channels? Are you using the voice commands, Xbox One Media Remote, or the Xbox One controller? Let's try resetting your TV settings to set up OneGuide
again, that will help us narrow down the issue!

To reset TV settings, follow these steps:

• Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
  
• In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.
• Select 'Troubleshooting'.
• Select Reset TV Settings.
• From here you can set up your OneGuide again.

FWIW, I have the same ISP (Comcast) and modem (Motorola 6141) and do not have this problem. I doubt the problem lies with either or that Comcast can/will help. My guess is the Time Capsule.

Could you try this solution and tell us if you can connect to your wireless network.

Login to your Arris TG862.

Change the wireless channel manually to channel 1. Apply and reboot your default gateway.

Turn on your console and go to Network Settings. Do not choose your SSID from Available Networks. Instead, scroll to right and select
Advanced Options and select Specify Unlisted Network.
Type the SSID name for your wireless network (remember that the SSID is case sensitive). Choose
WPA and enter your passphrase.

Set your STB brand=Comcast, Model=X1. It'll work fine to change channels.

Pr34ch3R84, when you went through the setup process did you enter Comcast as your cable box, or the maker of the cable box? I found out that by selecting Comcast, got the live tv to work perfectly.
