  1. Comcast HD channels gone from One Guide after September Update

I'm in the SF Bay Area and have cable through Comcast. I've had the XBox One since day one and this is the first time I've had channels disappear/not show up. Both the regular channels listing and the favorites listing on the One Guide stop at channel 735.
Meanwhile, my Comcast guide goes up to channel 1091. This problem occurred at err the recent September update. Please advise.

    :)

OneGuide will not hide duplicate SD channels anymore

After the latest update (september) the oneguide won't hide SD channels that also have an HD version when I select that option. When I tell it to display only HD channels it will show a single cinemax channel and a single HBO channel and nothing more. It
is as if the oneguide doesn't know which channels are HD and which are SD. It was working before.

    zip code: 33068

    Cable provider: Comcast

    cable box: Motorola

Some channels (HD) not showing up in guide

I'm a comcast subscriber. All of my SD channels show up in the Xbox Guide, however, about 1/3 of the HD channels do not. In order to watch said channels, I can use the Comcast remote and manually change to channel, but if I try to using the guide, some channels
    simply don't show up.

For instance: Comedy Central. Comedy Central in SD shows up in the XBO guide just fine. The Comedy Central HD channel, however, does NOT show up in the XBO guide.

So in order to watch Comedy Central in HD, I have to use the Comcast remote and change to it. It just doesn't show up in the XBO guide at al.

Some channels (HD) not showing up in guide

Sure thing. Comedy Central (SD) is in the guide, but the HD version is not.

Same thing for Cartoon Network. SD is in the guide, but the HD channel does not show up.

There are a few others, but these are the big channels that are missing from the guide.

Again, for clarification purposes, I can pick up my Comcast remote and change to the HD Comedy Central or HD Cartoon Network channels using it and the cable box's menu, they just don't, for some reason, show up in the XB Guide.

Xbox One Guide, not showing all channels.

I'm having the same issue. The Xbox One Guide only goes up to channel 738 but there are other HD channels that should be present which I can see if I pull up the standard cable guide. I have Comcast as a provider.

    OneGuide missing channels

It's been nearly a year since I've been able to use One Guide due to bad channel information. As my cable provider continues to add and move channels these changes rarely appear in One Guide. I have make several attempts to get help with this through forums,
chat, email and report submission on my Xbox One. I really don't understand how TiVo can update new channels or channel changes within 24-48 hours, but it takes months and multiple requests to get updates to the One Guide channel listings. There needs to
be a method to either submit these updates via a form or allow me to add channels manually to my One Guide. Once again I am listing the channel additions, changes and bad listings below:

    Cable Provider = CableONE

    Zip Code = 36207

    Channels and descriptions

    414 - NatGeo Wild HD

    416 - BravoHD

    427 - ScienceHD

440 - SproutHD (One Guide lists as NickHD)

442 - NFL Red Zone HD (One Guide lists as Comedy Central HD)

    443 - Travel HD

446 - Headline News HD (One Guide lists as Spike HD)

    466 - MeTV HD

    499 - OutdoorTV HD

525 - Fox Business HD (One Guide lists as MTV HD)

    527 - BBC America HD

    528 - ID HD

    532 - TVOne HD

    535 - ESPNU HD

When I Say "Xbox Watch NBC", The Xbox goes to the HD channel I don't have instead of the SD channel I do have

You can hide SD channels; but I think whoever set this configuration option assumed that you'd have access to any HD channels listed, so he/she/they did not include an option to hide HD channels (show only SD channels). I'm sure they could add this configuration
option via an update, but there'd have to be enough of a clamoring for it to get their attention.

I think your service provided deserves some of the blame for this as well. They want to make sure you "see" all of the "great content" in the guide that you're not getting. (Really, I'm sure they don't want to maintain different guide listings for each combination
of channel packages.) I recall back in the day when I was growing up that our Comcast service didn't show channel listings for things we did not pay for. If we could see it in the guide, we could view the channel. Now, our Comcast guide shows us everything,
    even if we don't have access to it; so I frequently see that movie I love playing and switch to it, only to find out its on some premium channel that I cannot view ... Also, the Comcast guide is the same ugly guide I used when I was growing up in the 1990's;
so I was super happy to get OneGuide to cover it up.)
