    Comcast Channel Lineup Changed


    Recently all the HD channels were moved 800-946 leaving one guide somewhat useless. I've restarted the console doing a hard reset as well as removing the cable box from the console and readding it.

    Any easy way to update this?

    The entire channel lineup is wrong.

  3. Oneguide channel lineup Charter Communications incorect

    My Charter is also incorrect. Charter recently added new channels and changed channel lineup for 37620 Bristol Digital. It still reflects the old channel lineup. They changed a month ago. I used one guide before. Hope to see update soon.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! I first recommend running through the steps listed in our Channel
    list or show information is incorrect or missing from the OneGuide
    . If you are still seeing the incorrect lineup, I recommend reporting the issue through the OneGuide app by trying the following steps:

    • Press the menu button while viewing the Xbox One dashboard and select 'Settings'.
    • Next, select TV & OneGuide.
    • Within this screen, go ahead and select 'Troubleshooting' and then 'Report a OneGuide problem'.
    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to report the issue so that the proper teams can address the issue. Thanks in advance!

    Same issue here in Richmond. Comcast changed the lineup October 6 and moved all their HD channels. For example, HBOHD moved from 228 to 300. OneGuide now shows HBOHD as being on 228 and 300, but it's only on 300. So, saying "XBOX watch HBO" loads up 228,
    which now no longer exists! This affects many channels! It all boils down to the fact that the guide simply is wrong and has incorrect data....it has multiple channel numbers for some of the HD channels now.

    Comcast channels wrong

    This is a pretty straightforward, though frustrating issue. Despite well-meaning suggestions above, it does not depend on the model of your STB and powercycling isn't going to help. Whatever provider Microsoft is using to obtain TV listings for the OneGuide
    simply has incorrect/out-of-date channel lineup data for some Comcast markets. In those markets, Comcast moved all of the 400 range channels to the 1000 range months ago (to provide transition time, Comcast briefly left the channels duplicated in both places
    initially). There are NO channels from 400-499 anymore, but the OneGuide still lists them because it is getting bad data from the listings provider. Only the listings provider and Microsoft can fix this incorrect channel lineup issue, and I'm sure they are
    aware of it. Frankly, Microsoft could fix this issue itself if it would just allow users to disable/hide selected channels from the OneGuide, which it needs to do regardless of this issue.
