Combo Breaker pack to Ultra Edition?

Hey guys. I originaly bought the Combo Breaker pack when I first got into KI. Now that I'm a big fan, I want the Ultra Edition. The problem is that there is no way to upgrade if you already have the Combo Braker pack. I would waste 20 dollars if I just bought
the Ultra now. I would greatly appreciate it if there was an option to upgrade for 20 bucks.

Need help with killer instinct ultra edition but I already have combo breaker

I want to get the ultra edition pack for killer instinct ... It's worth 40$ ... However I already own the combo breaker pack which is 20$ ... When I go to buy the ultra edition why do I have to pay 40$ for the pack when I own the combo breaker.. The ultra
edition pack contains the combo breaker add on with other incentives that come with the ultra edition.. I just don't feel that I should pay full price for the pack when I already contain a part of it which is the combo breaker ad on. I shouldnt pay 60 bucks
altogether if I were just to buy ultra edition when I already own the combo breaker ad on.. I feel like I should just be able to pay 20$ more to get the ultra edition. Not pay full price of 40$. i want to know if I can a reimbursement into my account in
a such a way where would I only have to pay just 20$ to get the ultra edition since I already own a part of it with the combo breaker ad on... Please help,.

 

A lot of people have been posting about this. All you need to do is have 30 minutes of free time and Microsoft will upgrade you no problem. Just request a support chat throught this website, when they get in the chat room tell them exactly what you just
said and they will credit you the $20 back onto your Microsoft account and then set up the purchase for you for the Ultra edition.

I was in the same boat as you but was able to get this taken care of pretty easily as did one of my friends.

I just tried that arch and they said that I had already used the content and I could not be refunded.

 

it works i just did it... chat with microsoft tech and when you buy the ultra one they credit you the $20
