Combining two gamertags

    Combining two gamertags


    I was given a random gamertags a long time ago when I forgot my password. Remembered it later but when I log in I only get the random gamertags account and not the one I use. Any way to combine them?

    Switch a new profile to an old one for Live.

    If you want to change your current gamertag over to the other one you can't I'm afraid, that's combining the two which is impossible.

    Hey there maniacmaXXine! I just wanted to hop in and confirm what the Ambassadors here have said, it is not possible to merge accounts. This is for multiple reasons! Including but not limited to legal and personal security.



    The reason the post above was verified as the answer by an official support member (Mister Gwyther) was to let you know that, that is the answer! I hope you can understand. Combining two gamertags :)
