Combine Xbox accounts

I created a new Xbox account (on Xbox one) using my Microsoft Outlook email because I could not remeber the password to my old Xbox 360 account. I have recently remembered the password, signed onto it and I am able access the the yahoo account that I made
it with. I want to combine my old yahoo Xbox account onto my new Xbox (Microsoft outlook) account without loosing any of my old or new save games and data. How do I do this?

I must have creating an account back in the day using my good email address. I dont ever use it though. I want to take my active Xbox 360 account with my gamertag and everything and switch it to a different email address. But there is already an account
on that email I must remove first...any help on this process?
