Combination Payment Issues

Hello All

I was having issue purchasing the Second **** DLC for BF4, at the time I had about $3 in my online account and the rest was meant to come off my Credit Card, long story short an error kept occurring preventing my purchase.

I got onto the Support Chat and asked the MS rep if the combination payment could be the issue and was advised "No chance" to contact EA it must be their prob, contacted them and was advised the same thing. I went down to EB, grabbed a $25 card to cash up
my account and as I thought the purchase went through.

I realise the problem was solved, but thought it wouldn't hurt to let you all know this is occurring.

Xbox combined storage issue

So, I have an external hard drive for my Xbox one, in the past I was able to see all combined storage for all games installed in both internal and external storage. But since I messed around with settings I can now only see either internal or external storage at a time. It is annoying to keep trying to switch back and forth to find a game. I was hoping someone could help me figure out how to see all the games at the same time.

How can I see combined storage for the games again?

Xbox combined storage issue

I ended up unpluging the external drive and replugging it back in. It seems to have resolved the issue now.

 

Combained payment not yet supported yet.

 

Actually combined payments are supported. You have to make the purchase on the console and choose to use your credit card first. Then it should ask if you want to use your remaining Microsoft account balance first.

 

When they update that you can. Or this XB1 thing?

 

It's been that way since the points system was discontinued in August. It's listed in the FAQ -

support.xbox.com/.../microsoft-points-retire-faq

 

I completely forgot that. Thanks forr refresher.
