Com banned over but still unable to talk in party chat

    Com banned over but still unable to talk in party chat


    I've been banned from communications again from xbl and for the second time in a row now they don't lift my ban on the day they stated on their warning they sent me. I was banned from Feb 21 to March 1. The day I'm posting this is on March 12. I'm able to
    send messages, go on Skype and use the looking for group tab. I've also checked my internet connection multiple times but that doesn't seem to be the cause of the issue either. I know what I did and I accepted the consequences of my actions but I'm fearing
    that instead of giving me a temporary ban like before this one is permanent. I don't know what to do or job to contact anyone on the enforcement team my problem. If anyone can provide me with any useful information or advice I would greatly appreciate it.

    MY MESSAGE I HAD AN ENFORCEMENT ON MY XBOX ACCOUNT IT ENDED YESTERDAY ON THE 25TH BUT I AM STILL UNABLE TO TALK TO MY FRIENDS IN PARTY CHAT AND SEND MESSAGES I GOT BANNED FOR NO REASON WHAT SO EVER

    hi i recently got banned last month and the ban was meant to be over yeasterday i can still play games but i cant send messsages or talk in party chat what do i do

    I was banned for day from commuicating until Oct. 30.

    But i am still unable to talk in party chat.

    Ive tried restarting my router.

    I've been banned recently and now I'm unbanned but I'm still unable to speak in a party chat the little cursor is flashing as if I am talking but no one can hear me any ideas on whata wrong?

    Have you recently had a communication ban? If so there is an issue of when coming off the ban you are still unable to be heard when it party chat.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    Hey there Joevkn,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
    in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently. It's possible the suspension
    on your account is not listed on the enforcement website, but was communicated to you via email instead.
