Com Banned from false reports

On 5/30/2018, near 4:00 PM EST, A kid falsly reported all of my messages when I confronted him on falsly accusing me on another topic. The other topic was, Epic Games / Fortnite, fails to fix they're game and I was randomly deranked MANY times, the kid
didn't believe me so I sent him messages/screenshots for proof. Thats when he started mass reporting all the messages resulting in a com ban.

Please remove my 7day com ban as this was NOT earned, If I earned this ban I would accept it as that would be my fault and doings but the xbox report system needs a few tweaks from what I've been told via MS support.

unfair reporting

False reports won't get you banned. Only by breaking the rules you could get yourself banned.

if they Quote a Taunt after his Report he False claimed over me then yeah he should also get com banned

You were suspended because you said a word that is not allowed. In the future, report and block and do not respond. That way the other person will get the suspension instead of you.

Doesn't matter who started it & what they did, if you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC & are reported then you will be suspended.

In situations like this it's always best to just report & block anyone harassing you online & move on, do not respond.

Hi! you can't get banned from false reports as every report is checked by the enforcement team.
