Com Banned for 2 Weeks, then Banned for Abuse and Threats When i've done nothing and said ...

Don't know where Xbox get this from, I play MWR from time to time, if we beat people then we get party invites, then we join to ask why they invited us and we get abused, i sit in the party and the clan say stuff asking their friends to report us, and no
matter what we get banned for it, we get banned because people abuse the report button. I'm done with the terrible enforcement that is on Xbox, there are people out there who genuinely hack and bully others, but i join a party for 5 minutes get told to ****
off and then we get told that there clan has reported us. Nice one Xbox i see the logic in that. Fix this mess, im on avoid me too, because constant messages from people which is utter trash talk. How can i be banned? Now i cant sign in because of the great
report system, i think its a joke. FIX THIS! I see so many posts on the forums saying how they get banned for no reason because of other people harassing them then reporting them. its unreal, i had been invited to a party around 8 times 2 days ago for no reason,

Sorry to hear about your ban. Your best bet if you haven't already is to file a Case Review using the directions at this link -
https://enforcement.xbox.com

Hopefully they will be able to help you or at least let you know what exactly happened.
