    so my account gets com ban first In 2018 I understand I can't swear no big deal 2 day ban happens again I deserve it 2 week ban I understand the punishment so next one I post on the state of decay post on xbox say I'm selling xbox gift card the word GIFT
    got me ban of xbox for 2 weeks is this some of joke microsoft help me out here my gt is tell me why did u do this

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. We have
    no information on why this happened only Enforcement can answer that question.

    If your suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review from the same website.

    the enforcement team never tell you what you have done, i know for a fact i did nothing and they know that, that is why they wont let me file a case review, because they know they are wrong
