Com ban for no reason again enforcement site not working

The enforcement website is having issues lately. Some players reported that it just loads when trying to sign in, so they are not able to see their enforcement history or submit a case review. It is a known issue.

Unfortunately, Xbox customer support cannot help us with enforcement actions since they do not have access to them.

Did you receive an email about the communication ban? The email usually contains details about the enforcement action. But if you are not being able to sign in to the enforcement website, you will not be able to submit a case review. There is no other way around this.

Also, keep in mind that enforcement actions can be applied for things that happened weeks or months in the past. If you were banned this week, it is because the enforcement team finished investigating your case this week. It does not mean that you did something a few days ago or in the last week.

I'm really sorry about this. I'm a Xbox user just like you. I do not work for Microsoft or Xbox and I do not have access to anything account related. I hope you understand.

Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it to see if that clears the issue.

It's also possible that your coms ban was extended. 100day coms bans might not be listed on the enforcement site and you'd have to contact official support to see if that is the case.

Even though you can no longer submit a case review, you should still be able to see the reason for you banning listed on the enforcement site. The enforcement site do not issue
bans for no reason.

Ok again when I had a past communication suspension it gave me a reason why and you just said there was an issue with the site your self right now and I wasnt able to appel the ban my that term I get banned and I'm not allowed to appel it and now its past the date I cant even receive a reason why I got banned cuz I had other suspension and each one had a reason but not this time. I should be given a chance to appel it that's not fair it's not my fault the enforcement site wasn't working the time I had the ban.

Ok so I just was on and my account just got banned BUT I am able to sign into Xbox . Com and the enforcement site as well but in my Xbox one it says temporary banned but then I signed in my 360 and it said banned till 12/12/9999. But when I look at the enforcement site and it lets me log in and doesn’t show the new ban only a ban from November 2020 and have had zero bans since then . Could this be a glitch or bug ? If so will my account get unbanned?
