Com ban bug?

Pardon my french but i think that its [mod removed] how microsoft isnt doing anything to help. Im scared to lose my account because i have friends and so much money invested on it and i cant do anything to talk which sucks. But reply if you find out anymore.

I am not quite sure that there could be a bug. Reports are sent from fellow gamers, when something inappropriate occurs. The Enforcement team receive these reports and a real person investigates and issues the necessary action.

Litteraly the same thing happened for me was texting my best friends that i knlw in real on xbox and sent few messages and few msg later couldnt sent anymore message so i went on my second account trying to tell him to txt here cuz i got ban on my other,
and few messager later i got banned, so i went to tell him on facebook and he told me its happening the same thing to one of his other friens that i knlw a bit in real tho and by that time my friend got banned tho, ita litteraly crazy in bout 10min 4 account
and 3 ppl gor banned for a thing they will never know

Sign in with the account that has the suspension, you maybe eligible for a case review. I would suggest also reading through all the articles on that site.

Well im not quite sure tho like 100% sure im maybe at 95% but like i said by the law we have the right and they have the obligation to give the proof of what have been said and there is none for anybody who actually got com ban, that the part i dont get
lol its a BY THE LAW thing to see the proof, atm its like you send some1 to jail but u aint giving him the proof that he is the wrong person in the case
