Colours are wrong and every light source is in the purple spectrum

I Bought this game for my son for Christmas on the Xbox One S and we downloaded it from the store using a code.

He was so excited to play it but as soon as we started I knew the graphics were off. Every light source is saturated with a purple haze and most of the other colours are off too! It’s literally awful and in my opinion totally unplayable but my 7 year old
doesn’t want to give up on it.

I’ve even deleted the game and redownloaded it 3 times just in case it got corrupted during installation, I’ve fiddled/adjusted all configurable display options and googled for others experiencing the same thing and to my surprise, I can’t find any reference
to this issue from anyone else.

If this was my game I would have just deleted it and given up but that’s not an option with my son as he really wants it fixed.

Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to solve it?

Like I said, my boy loves the game but he’s finding it really difficult to play due to the totally bonkers colour palette and at certain points it’s so dark that’s you have literally no idea where you’re going.

Hot Pink Rarity

pink are E-tech and are quite rare also i believe there one of the colours you can use for your decked out achievement along with purple and orange

i remember being part zx spectrum vs c64 days i had a c64 we always went on about the amount of colours in are games all 16 of them

Hi!

It would seem a problem related to the
HDMI cable. Try replacing the cable or changing the door on the TV. Alternatively, check the

display settings on the console and try setting the resolution to 720p. Let us know if it works!

As suggested, I tried 720p (and 1080p) resolution as well as swapping the hdmi cable and port but unfortunately it had no effect.

It’s worth noting that for everything else the colours are perfectly fine.

We have sky running through the Xbox and there are no issues with colour and also my other games (assassins creed origins, battlefront 2, rainbow six siege etc.) are all functioning normally. It’s just this one specific game that‘s off.

Changing the colour through modding is not allowed. You can not do anything wrong just using the console in the way it was intended. You can chose to be a different colour within the spectrum available on the console.

Modders can change their avatars to be all colors of the rainbow, but they will get a ban if caught.

I picked purple. Its such a nice colour and Mace Windu wields it.

Well its not ***... like ive talked too xbox support about it.... I have photos too prove it on my facebook... ive seen the white orb with my own eyes and the cat tried too grab it. Its a little smaller than a basketball... and regular dust is just black
and white see thru stuff flying around. u can do a dust test yourself... I want this kinet too be able too record. Why would i go through all this trouble for bs ...on xbox ...i have more important things too do with my time. I am more interested in what
is in the infra red spectrum that we cannot see,. our eyes cannot see that spectrum but the cats can.... One time this little sparkler swam in front of us and it looked kinda like a *** but it was sparking with a tail behind it... right in front of us.....
It takes patience at times sometimes nothing happens, but they come and go,. Its less active now after the native cleansing. But still get things here now and again. One arcched in from of the camera and it was PURPLE in the middle....deep black and
as it arched it was a light purple colour inside.... Xbox support talked too me on the phone about it for awhile... This is not ***... but those who wanna remain ignorant ....thats fine i dont care,... just trying too make those who are not zombified....
that something is there... i dunno if its ghosts or not iall i know is its not our spectrum of light...... Maybe JINN>?>?????
