Colour lost from cards

Been playing Solitaire games for a few months on daily basis but this week suddenly all game background is blue and cards are black/blue and white. Plays ok but no colour.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Following on from the post made above :-

This might help also, some other reasons why authorization errors occur:-

The credit card has not been activated.

The credit card was declined because of insufficient funds.

The credit card can't accept online purchases.

The card was reported as lost or stolen.

The credit card company is intentionally preventing the card from being used.

 

Same here. Been playing for months then game card colours changed to yellow,white and black, background black. Game still working.

 

Same here and same date. Posted question to community. Tried steps 1,2 and 3 of the answer. Not computer literate enough to try step 4. Something is definitely wrong. Annoying to say the least. Mine is the same combo as OP kwf3924.

 

Same here. For the last couple of days there's been no color in any of the Solitaire games I play each day. It's almost impossible to tell a heart from a spade when there's no color. I've lost all interest in playing these games. I went through the recommended
steps for resolving display problems--installed a new device driver, etc. Nothing worked. Hope it will be fixed soon.

 

I think there is another coincidence here as well. It seems we all had this problem start on the 29th of August. I cannot download update 1703, I wonder if that has something to do with it.

 

When are they going to fix the color issue for solitaire? Does anybody have a contact phone # or email address to make these jackasses fix it??

 

All of the Solitaire games look like this. Cannot change the background colour or the colour of the cards in Themes. It gives me the opportunity to change them but then doesn't apply.

 

I was just wondering if any of you have found the solution or heard from Microsoft with anything that has worked. I've tried everything suggested and nothing has worked. The games play properly for me, it's just the colour themes on the cards that are really
annoying and difficult for a pair of really old eyes to see. No enjoyment whatsoever.

 

I have tried everything that has been suggested and nothing has worked. It appears that 80 people have viewed these posts. Whether out of interest or whether they have the same problem isn't known. Every game in the collection has the same card appearance
as I have posted (no idea why it posted so many times). The games play fine but are very difficult to see because of the colours. I really hope someone comes up with a solution. I had hoped that update 1703 might have something do with it, but no, I finally
downloaded an update assist and it made no difference. It's been more than 2 weeks and Microsoft apparently does not have the solution. It appears that the problem is not unique to me.

 

I guess no one from Microsoft has come up with a solution. Have any of you with the same problem solved it ?
