Colour change

Discus and support Colour change in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I loaded my xbox up and the colours were different and darker I’ve factory reset my xbox, changed hdmi cables, changed plugs and nothing works why ?...     I loaded my xbox up and the colours were different and darker I’ve factory reset my xbox, changed hdmi cables, changed plugs and nothing works why ?

    I see, in case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

    If the issue persists, I advise you try using another TV or monitor, in that way you can know if it's your console or the TV.

    If it's your console, it seems that video output is faulty, so you may need to repair it.

    May I know if you already try connecting the console to another HDMI port on your screen or use another TV/Screen to see if the issue persists?

    you cant change the colours every reticle got his own colour, stop wining it is just a fckin reticle colour... if you want to change it so bad go play BO1 again...
