Color Personalization on my xbox

I changed my color and Xbox profile picture on the Xbox app (beta).

Then I logged onto Xbox one and I noticed the color was black I could still use the Xbox and my profile picture wasn't working. I want my color back. I can't even change the color. If I press change color it loads for 30 seconds then return back to my profile
screen. Please Help I want my color back.

Xbox One Dashboard background

In order to change your background, follow these steps:

On your home screen go left and select Settings > All settings > Personalization > My color and background.

Here you can change the color of the tiles and background.

If you want a solid blue color, just select it by scrolling right.

This should fix it!

I'm sorry to see any customization issues! It sounds like your account might have received a temporary suspension for changing your user profile items. This should be listed over on the
Enforcement site.

If you don't see one there, I suggest
downloading your profile to the console again. That should do a refresh of the account and let you do customizations again.

Let me know how it goes! We'll look into other troubleshooting from there.
