    I am currently in college and the Xbox one is not connecting to the school's wifi. I have an Ethernet cord and I don't lag out anymore but I can't really play any games, it won't let me join parties or play any games with my friends. Is there anything I
    can do besides port forwarding?

    My xbox just couldn't connect to my college wifi

    It said that it can only accept wifi like WPA/WPA 2, and WEP. So how can I make my xbox connect to wifi of my college?

    College wifi, need help

    My Xbox can't get to the internet through my college's wifi. When I set it up on my computer I just had to boot up a web browser and sign in with my own student info to gain access. But I can't really do that on my Xbox. I tried going to "configure settings"
    and adding info to the "username" and "password" section, with no luck. There is a place for an ethernet connection, but I didn't think to bring a cable. Is there any way to still get wireless Xbox live?

    Hello John,

    The problem very well could be in the colleges WIFI, have you tried to contact the IT help desk for the college. Thats where I would start. Hope this help get in going down the right path.

    Many college wifi use enterprise level security to connect to their wifi. Xbox does not support this protocols. Check with you Schools I.T. support to see if they support gaming consoles on their student networks.
