Collector's Edition Content Missing?

Downloading on my Xbox One and I don't see my CE content as a downloadable option.

Whats up, long time no see.

Its funny you say "old"( but yea, 512 stick, lol). I picked up Saints Row 2 last week and still think the game is a blast. I really wish I would have picked it up 4 years ago.



For the SP ED, Its got to be something GOOD for me to spend the extra money. I would want a special car with .50 cal gun attached to the top. 20 extra house over the map. Stuff you would but in the DLC 3 months later.

 

Sorry to hear it. You should be able to find any available content that you've already purchased by highlighting the game on the dashboard and pressing the start button on the controller. From there you can choose manage game then go to ready to install.

 

That doesn't seem to be the case here. Maybe an issue with the system right now but when I try to play it says "Missing Downloadable Content".

I had just hopped into
your Dead Space 3 thread, confused why you made duplicate threads!

For most disc based backwards compatible games, one disc is used for installing the game while the other is for the extra content. To play the game with the extra content, you generally need to play the game on that disc. Which disc varies, but for the most
part it's install on disc 1 and disc 2 is where you play. It is my understanding that the Collector's Edition is a 2-disc game, and either disc should work without issue.

If you're still unable to locate the DLC, let me know! Post back with an image of the disc and case so that we can dig into requirements together.

DLC missing for me as well. I have the digital version bought yesterday. I go to manage game and none of the DLC I purchased is there. I can get the map pack and nothing else. I can't play online because it wont let be download or activate the online pass.
Everything works for 1 & 3 but 2 wont. I can't do anything because it says DLC is required. I tried getting it from Xbox.com and the X1 store but the store wants to charge me again.

 

none of the DLC seems to be working for this game.

 

Okay so there are two different issues that's why I have one here in DS2 and DS3. Three wasn't installing but is not working. I bought the digital version for convience. But Dead Space 2's DLC is not working properly. My Collector's Edition DLC and RIvet
Gun show up in the store but don't let me download them.

Hey, guys!

We are being advised that this is resolved now. If you own Collector's Edition content, check under Manage Game to see if the content can be installed there now. If it's not showing up, head over to the content on the Xbox One Store and see if it's showing
as "Install" there. It should be available by following these steps:

1. Go to manage games in Xbox One for Dead Space 2
2. Under Ready to Install, install the severed, rivet gun, CE, and other DLC you own
   
3. Launch the game and see if severed is an option for you when you start a new game
   
4. Get into the game and get to a point where you can equip armor. See the inventory list and you should see the rivet gun and the zealot assets.
   

If it is showing up, great! Confirming that you're all set is what I would need at that point.

If it isn't, please let me know! To help explain the situation to the team investigating, screenshots of everything would be helpful. Here's what would be beneficial:

• In-game (there should be red lines through some content, which is by design, but we want to see what it looks like for you)
• Xbox One Store content showing it needs to be purchased
• Manage Game section for Dead Space 2, both the installed and ready to install sections

I'll get that off to them and we'll see what our next steps are from there. Thanks again to everyone for your patience and help with this!

 

There has been no fix for this. The steps listed above did not resolve the issue. The DLC is still nowhere to be found and the Rivet Gun is still unavailable.

 

Same, the DLC is not showing up as it should.
