Collections not working

Discus and support Collections not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been playing the same game (Thailand) for over a week.     Collections not working


    I have been playing the same game (Thailand) for over a week. I have used most of my coins now and I haven't won any items required in the collection.

    How many games do I need to play, and coins I need to use before I win anything.

    This is very frustrating and hard work!

    Collections not working

    I'm on my second pass through the destinations. I have completed France and USA and picked up the second set of collections for them. I'm currently on my 6th or 7th card in Mexico and have not received any collection items yet. Is this normal?

    Ori and the will of the wisp collectors edition

    Since this is a Physical Game Collection and does not include a Code it wont work on the PC

    If a Digital Version of the game came with the collection it would work since it would be apart of the Play Anywhere Program,

    Try downloading again anyway. I just went to the store, downloaded again, even though it said I already purchased the maps, and I didn't have any problems.

    I don't even have the option to enable/disable it. It tells me to download the maps I purchased. Then I check and it says I have the maps already installed.
