Collections not downloading

Just how are we supposed to be able to download any new puzzles? You click to spend gold on a collection, then click on download and it just sits on downloading without doing anything (I even gave it 12 hours to see any progress and there was none). The
free ones do the same thing. We can only do the same few puzzles so many times before we're sick of them and need something new yet nothing will download. How do we get these collections when they don't download, especially after spending gold on the ones
that aren't free?

download failure

Some challenges using jigsaw not in your collections get stuck at "downloading" as well.... about 2 weeks problem...

Still no downloading and no other problems with anything else that could affect this. Still can't download a paid for collection or a free one.

Hey Crymscar! If you restart your machine and reopen Jigsaw, are you able to select download next to an already paid collection? Give that a shot and let me know how it goes!

You really think people don't reboot their computers at all in at least 9 days? Wow. That's been done at least 9 times in the last 9 days (actually more than that come to think of it). Would I still be posting about the problem if that was the solution?
Would other people be posting about the same exact problem? Rebooting is NOT the solution. Please get a programmer on this problem and get it fixed. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled. In fact....my initial install was recent enough that I have never
been able to download a puzzle pack. The fact that 9 days after a person initially reports a problem and you're just at that point telling them to reboot really doesn't say much for the state of customer service or technical support anymore.

Problem, stated again so that maybe a kid will understand: Windows 10 laptop...Pay gold for a new puzzle pack, click download, wait 10 hours for any progress, no progress, shut down game, reboot, work on other things, open puzzles again and click download,
wait 5 hours for any progress, nothing, shut down game, uninstall app, reboot, reinstall app, start game, try downloading free puzzle pack, wait 6 hours, no progress, report problem, periodically keep trying alternately with paid for and free packs with the
same results and checking back here every day waiting for a reasonable answer and posting as well on other's posts with the same problem to help keep this issue at the top. 9 days later being told to reboot giving the indication that no one is working on
the issue and that it will not be fixed.

I do not have a problem with the XBox related games (on this same windows 10 laptop) of mahjongg, bingo, minesweeper, sudoku, taptiles, solitaire or treasure hunt. Of course they don't have things to download either so that's a big difference considering
the problem is in downloading puzzle packs for jigsaw puzzle. It's a problem with the app or your servers/accounts that needs to be fixed.

This is first day I've checked, because I don't generally do daily challenges, but had the time so I checked on it and the daily challenges don't download either to be able to do. I was able to do the easy one for today, but the other 2 won't load and none
of the ones for all of February so far on the calendar won't load either. So there's that combined with the fact that the puzzle packs won't download. So...basically.....nothing loads...at all.

Hey Crymscar! My apologies for any frustration, the reason i suggested a restart is because it was the solution for me when i initially had the same problem you are having. Issues with daily challenges are usually network related, do you have a different
network you can try your device on? Post back and let me know!

This is the official solution (by activision forum):

If you've downloaded DLC Collection 4 and cannot access Modern Warfare 3, please follow these steps:

From the Xbox LIVE Dashboard, go to Settings and select System

Select Storage

Select Hard Drive

Select Games and Apps

Select Modern Warfare 3

Find and select "Collection 4: Final Assault Marketplace Content"

Select Delete

Launch Modern Warfare 3 and you should now be able to access the Collection 4 content

This will delete a key that is required to download DLC Collection 4, but will not delete the content. The key can be re-downloaded from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace if you need to re-download all of the DLC Collection 4 content at a later date.

Microsoft Jigsaw should not be running when you do this.

The downloaded collection files are in your User\UserName directory (if you do not know where it is, just open a regular command prompt), the rest of the path is AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\DownloadedPuzzles
which should have a folder for every one of your collections (WinterWonderlandPack for Winter Wonderland Collection).
Just delete the ones you do not want, you will not need to purchase these again (gold or $), the collection should now be seen under Downloadable Collections with a download link to download it again if you desire to and not in My Collections.
